New Mexico born and raised, I grew up in Carlsbad, New Mexico, in my younger years, and moved back to Albuquerque as a teenager. Growing up, I was raised knowing the name of Jesus but not understanding what it means to be a true follower of Christ. That led me to some years where I struggled with some substance abuse issues, which led me to Teen Challenge New Mexico in 2022. It was there that I gave Jesus my full yes for the first time. It was also there that I began to learn what it means to be a disciple of Jesus. I believe God planted the seed for missions in my heart years before Teen Challenge, but it was there that He began to water those seeds. I left Teen Challenge in November of 2022 and, a few months later, began attending and serving at Citizen Church, where I found joy in serving in all Next-Gen ministries. God began opening doors for me until January of 2024, when he called me to begin stepping into missions as a full-time

calling. Now, 2 years later, I have spent a total of 9 months in Kenya

over the span of 2 different trips. I have just completed a 8 month Internship assignment as a MAPS worker with the Assemblies of God World Missions. I am currently raising funds to head back to Kenya as a Missionary Associate, where I will be serving the Kenya Assemblies of God and their Next-Gen Ministries, working to establish a Healthy Next-Gen friendly church within walking distance of every Kenyan Child, Teen, and Young Adult, and partnering with the KAG to help them accomplish the dreams and goals God has for them.
