Dereck Owen, Ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, after serving 2 years as the Assistant Network Pastor was elected to fill the position of Network Pastor at NetCon25. He served as the Network Men's Director, Presbyter, and Executive Presbyter for  several years. He and his wife, Gail, pastored Tucumcari First for the 23 years.
