Summit Sessions

Summit Sessions are one day ministry workshops held twice a year. They are designed to strengthen minsters, leaders, and churches across our Network by creating opportunity for meaningful connection, shared learning, and a strong sense of community. Each session is built around one of four strategic pillars of healthy ministry.

 

  • Strategy- Big-picture direction, vision, and leadership alignment. 

  • Team- Building, equipping, and sustaining leaders and volunteers. 

  • Systems- Operational health and organizational structure. 

    • Impact- Outreach, discipleship, and mission engagement.
